Botox & Dermal Filler Specialists in Witney

Botox & dermal fillers require specialist medical skills. Qutis Clinic Witney, provides botox treatments, dermal fillers, IPL laser hair removal and many other anti-ageing aesthetic medical treatments provided by nurse specialists. This new clinic opened on Corn Street in Witney in June this year.

We have a new opportunity for a dynamic, customer orientated and sales focused Clinic Manager to work 3-4 days per week, hours, rate & incentive scheme to be discussed.

Job Description

The successful candidate, will be responsible for coordinating all activity within the clinic. Key responsibilities include; converting enquiries into appointments by assessing customer needs and having a detailed knowledge of all our treatments. Using computer-based systems record treatment details and marketing information, process payment transactions and manage stock.

The clinic manager is expected to generate local marketing activity to attract new enquiries and grow sales, supported by other Qutis staff centrally. The Clinic Manager will report to Qutis Ltd. group managing director.

 

Main Tasks for Qutis Witney Skin Clinic

Managing, planning and coordinating ALL activities within the clinic.

Recruit, supervise, and delegate to ensure the clinic operates in an efficient manner and that the patients receive the highest quality customer service.

Implementing local marketing initiatives to attract new customers and grow sales.

Having a detailed knowledge of all treatments such as; botox injections, dermal fillers, IPL laser hair removal, other medical aesthetic treatments and all retail skin products.

Answering all enquiries effectively and converting these into appointments.

Using our computer based, clinic diary and client database system.

Supervising other reception and clinic staff, planning & monitoring delivery of treatments.

Processing payments and recording all transactions.

Bookkeeping using an online accounting system.

Reviewing business activity and marketing data and planning for changes needed within the business

Completing occaisional special projects, which may require reviewing and analyzing information, identifying opportunities and recommending solutions.

Maintaining on-site Medical Records administration and ensuring patient confidentiality, data protection.

Using initiative, judgment and discretion at all times.

Other duties as assigned.

 

Our Clinic Manager will;

Have excellent telephone & communication skills with all ages and customer groups.

Have strong business IT skills; using, creating and filing online documents, email systems and be comfortable with other web software

Manage, delegate and lead all other clinic staff.

Be able to work independently and both follow and give clear direction.

Have strong time management skills.

Have high standards of dress code, appearance and hygiene.

 

Education & Experience

GCSE in English and Maths as a minimum & further qualifications would be appreciated.

Strong IT Skills – Proficient in Microsoft Office, word documents, spreadsheets, email and online filing.

Experience & training in Nursing or Beauty would be an advantage

Team Management experience would be valuable.

We may require some written and/or on-line tests as part of the candidate selection process.
