Patient Coordinator, Qutis Abingdon

Qutis is a nurse led clinic specialising in medical aesthetic treatments. Medical aesthetics consists of a number of treatments, leading to a pleasing improvement of the skin and complexion, the improvement of wrinkles and much more. Clinical governance is provided by an aesthetic and general medical team. This coupled with their commitment to their own professional self development has led them to be one of the most sought after aesthetic nursing teams within the country. The ethos of Qutis clinics is to deliver the highest standards of skin rejuvenation medicine to their patients in a warm and welcoming environment. Our Patient Co-ordinator is usually the first person a visitor, client or patient meets or speaks to on the phone. As our receptionist it's down to you to make that all important, good first impression, so above anything else you'll need to have a good rapport with people to make them feel looked after and at ease. We are looking for a well spoken and charming team member with an excellent phone manner. Key responsibilities include converting client enquiries into bookings, Client hospitality and point of sale products and rebooking appointments.

Key Duties:

Answering the phone and converting client enquiries into bookings Booking patients using clinic booking system Sale of skin care products and make up Make up application to patients following skin treatments Customer hospitality Dealing with deliveries Basic administration Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Cherishing the clients and staff

MAIN ASSETS

An outgoing personality Good written and spoken communications skills The ability to stay calm under pressure Good organisational skills Be discreet and tactful Be courteous but firm when dealing with difficult customers A good memory for faces - regulars like to be remembered Efficient and well organised Self-motivated and able to use initiative Confident when using a computer and office equipment An interest in the business Function as the clinic liaison with patients, businesses Maintains on-site Medical Records administration and ensuring patient confidentiality, data protection. Perform other duties as assigned. SUPERVISION Received: Work is performed under general supervision of Clinic Coordinator, Qutis Clinics Head Office or the Executive Nurse. Given: High standards of Dress code, appearance and hygiene.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

GCSE in English and Maths, further qualifications would be valuable. IT literate.
