In a recent independent mystery visitor survey, conducted in 77 specialist skin clinics across Europe, Qutis & MBNS group scored 1st, 7th and 10th places.
Allergan European Survey
The survey was completed by Allergan, the manufacturers of Botox(r) to gain insight into how well patients are given information when contacting clinics by phone. Mystery Shopper surveys are common across many sectors in retail and are now being used to raise standards even higher in cosmetic skin medicine. Allergan, based in Ireland, selected the clinics based on size and how long they’ve been established.
At Qutis & MBNS have been providing anti-ageing treatments and medical skin care for over 18 years. We have three clinics in Oxfordshire and several thousands of customers on our database. Our staff are involved in training both inside the group and on national bodies and seminars. We place great importance on training and so we are very pleased that our staff have scored so highly – though there is always room for improvement of course.

A Real Person on the Phone
In this day and age of information overload, automated telephone answering systems and call centres, we believe there is no substitute for a well trained member of staff answering the phone quickly and in person in your local clinic. All staff can access our booking system (though Stephen the managing director is not very good at it!) and answer customers questions. We always encourage new customers to have a confidential face to face meeting with a nurse or laser specialist.
