Mole & Skin Tag Removal

Mole and skin tag removal is often a very quick and normally almost pain-free. As well as Mole Removal, we also provide skin tag removal and milia removal treatments. We treat benign moles, skin tags and milia by using Short Wave Diathermy. Short Wave Diathermy involves inserting a small heated needle into the mole or blemish which destroys the tissue.

Many customers often say they wish they had know how easy this was and that they should have had the treatment years ago. Read a selection of our customer testimonials here.

Local anaesthetic is often used to reduce any discomfort. Slight swelling and redness is normal after treatment and a scab will form, dropping off as the area heals. Your Nurse Practitioner will explain all this before your treatment.

As an aesthetic clinic group Qutis do not remove tissue surrounding the mole for laboratory analysis. It is necessary that before you have a mole treated, that you provide a covering letter from your GP confirming that in their opinion the mole or moles are benign. Any of our staff or specialist nurses will be happy to discuss this with you and answer any questions you may have. Qutis Clinics are in Witney & MBNS is in Thame and we cover, Oxford, Oxfordshire, Cotswolds and into London.
