Why Qutis?

I have wanted to work for Qutis since I moved to the area from London five years ago. After my second application, I finally got the opportunity and started my new job. I have worked in London, the Home Counties and in Europe and Qutis are up there with all of the best UK clinics.

Background

I started in Beauty Therapy and Hairdressing in 1994 to 1998 on a 4 year Collage course at Uxbridge Collage, covering 4 Levels of NVQ up to level 3. In the mid to late 90’s there was no such thing as an Aesthetic Therapist, I worked mainly in West London (where I come from) in Hair & Beauty Salons, Spa’s and Gyms. In the early 2000’s the Aesthetics industry became more established. I was working at Boots the Chemist in West London where we had medical Laser machines for hair reduction. As a senior Beauty Therapist I was given the chance to work with these machines and this was the start of my Aesthetics career.

I've now spent over 20 years later as a practicing Advance Skin & Laser, Aesthetic Therapist. I have worked in many clinics in Spain and the U.K including Harley Street, the West End and other established boutique clinics in the Home Counties too.

I have worked with wide range of aesthetic equipment, with machine companies and in skin product companies. I've also worked with Surgeons, doctors, nurses and other practitioners. To me Aesthetics is not just a job, but a life long passion so I'm now very happy to be working with such a well respected clinic group like Qutis. I started over 20 years ago when Aesthetics was new and I will still be learning until the day I retire.

Outside Qutis

Five years ago I moved to Buckinghamshire from Ealing to have my Son. I am now a busy working Mum and supporting my partner who is a professional Musician. We love to travel and I'm drawn to the arts, particularly; dance, music, languages also genealogy, science and history. I enjoy Museums, Gallery’s, music gigs and festivals. I still practice hair and make up in my spare time and would love to do a Theatrical Make-up and hairdressing course in the near future. One day I would love to live in Ibiza.
