I was looking for a role in a small, busy, and interesting environment and one that I'd never worked in before. I've always enjoyed face-to-face customer contact and Qutis ticked all the boxes for me. The whole team has been extremely supportive in a sometimes daunting industry. I learn something new every day and enjoy working with such a wonderful team and having so many loyal patients.
Over the years I have worked in various administrative roles, from Staff Training at John Lewis, PA to an MD of a shelving company and Product Manager. I was lucky enough to spend 7 years living in Geneva, Switzerland where I volunteered, fundraising through my son's International School, for an NGO in New Delhi. The charity (Aarohan) helps the slum children get access to education, I am still in contact with them after visiting New Delhi three times, and feel very much a part of their family.
My two main passions outside work are bodybuilding and motorbiking, which you wouldn't guess looking at me. I have competed in bodybuilding competitions which was a very interesting journey; I still follow a very strict clean controlled diet and training plan. In addition to this I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer; I love nothing more than encouraging others into resistance training and the benefits of this on your body and mental health. Motorbiking is my fun time activity and something I enjoy doing with my husband. We love exploring on the bikes and going on touring holidays, we also enjoy off road biking, where we can be big kids in mud and water. This allows us to see the best parts of the UK, you will often find us in Wales.
