Muscle Relaxant vs. Collagen Induction Therapy

Collagen induction therapy and mesotherapy from our Qutis clinics covering Witney, Oxford, Abingdon & Thame can be seen as an alternative or an additional treatment to muscle relaxant and dermal fillers such as Juvederm.

Mesotherapy

Mesotherapy is similar to that of many other collagen inducing non surgical skin health procedures. The treatment creates a controlled injury or stimulus underneath the skin's surface and so encourages the body's natural system to respond by producing extra new collagen in the treated area. The skin plumps and thickens in response to this mesotherapy treatment and reduces the appearance of wrinkles, scars, pigmentation and fine lines. Our approach to mesotherapy involves a first step of Micro needling or Dermaroller followed by a second step application of clinical grade vitamins and antioxidants to the skin. Micro needling or Dermaroller users a series of very fine needles to puncture the surface of the skin. This opens up the skin and allows the layer below to absorb the vitamins and antioxidants which are applied in step two.
