We are a private skin clinic group with three clinics and over 25 years of history.

We are looking for a skilled administrator to work in our Thame clinic. The role will involve managing the daily running of the clinic through: management of our software booking system, answering phones and patient enquires, monitoring stock levels, daily takings and till reconciliation, skincare and treatment support for patients, daily organising of treatment rooms and staff diaries, along with general clinic housekeeping.

Qualifications required are ideally A/AS-level or equivalent, along with proven administrative experience.

All candidates must be fluent in english and have strong IT skills with experience in: Google suite, Microsoft word and Excel or Google Docs equivalents, with the ability to demonstrate good telephone and customer facing skills. A full UK driving license is essential as the role may occasionally include working between our clinics, across the Oxfordshire area.
